22 yr old gentleman presented to us with a complain of limp while walking and short left leg since early childhood. He also had pain around left hip for last 3 yrs. He has a history of infection around left hip and thigh when he was 1 yr of age and had undergone multiple surgeries at that age for the treatment of infection and correction of deformity of hip joint.
He has been diagnosed as a case of developmental dysplasia (deformity) of both hips along with childhood infective arthritis of left hip.
He has undergone cemented Total Hip Replacement and now walking pain free and without any discomfort. His shortening has also been addressed (which is reduced from 8cm -5cm).

Patient has knee replacement with persona knee (customized implant and instruments) 58 years old gentleman presented to our department with complaints of pain in right knee with difficulty in walking. He is a known case of Rheumatoid Arthritis with other multiple joint problems. He also had difficulty in performing day to day activities due to his right knee pain. He has undergone Total Knee Replacement for right side using Persona Total Knee System (it has more advanced and patient specific implants and instrumentation). Now patient is more comfortable and walking without pain. He is also doing all his activities of daily living pain free and with ease. Zimmer with Shekhar Agarwal.

February 12, 2014 :
56 years old lady , 11 years post bilateral Total Knee Replacement. Developed acute infection on the left knee. Debridement carried out but infection did not settle. Patient taken up for 2 stage revision surgery.
1. 1st stage revision done and k- nail along with antibiotic loaded cement spacer placed in the joint.
2. Wounds healed but patients presented with supracondylar fracture 9 weeks after the 1st stage revision.
3. She was taken up for revision surgery. Thorough debridement was done.
4. Bone defects on the femur and the tibial side were reconstructed with trabecular metal cones and Rotating hinge- Total knee replacement with long intramedullary stem on the femur.

60 years old lady underwent Bilateral total knee replacement done elsewhere for osteoarthritis. Post op uneventful and patient progress was poor leading to Independent ambulation. At 7 months she fell down while walking and dislocated the left knee. She was treated with closed reduction and knee brace. She presented to us with Recurrent dislocation at one month. Procedure: Revision Total Knee Replacement was done using special Constrained Condylar Implants. The patient is no longer in pain and can walk comfortably.

61 years old gentleman underwent right total hip replacement (done elsewhere) for secondary osteoarthritis following acetabulum fracture.
1. Initial position of the cup was not right , cup was too vertical
2. Recurrent dislocations Procedure: Cup was removed , acetabulum reconstructed with mullers ring and cemented cup done. Stem found to be well fixed and in correct version and therefore retained.
